Strength is not measure by the weight you lift. Strength in not counted in your number of reps. Strength is the weightlessness with which you take your steps. Strength is how far you can travel, and stay in tune with your breath. Strength can be the mountain that rests, or, strength can be the river that runs through it. Strength is not to be judged by volume or size, but is instead finding the path where each of us can fly. My strength is not for anyone else to decide.
